On April 23, 2024, the Company and the placing agent entered into a supplementary placing agreement after arm's length negotiations to extend the completion date of the placing. Pursuant to the Supplemental Placing Agreement, the parties agree to extend the completion date of the placing from four (4) business days from the date on which all the conditions set out in the "Conditions of the Placing and Completion" section of the announcement are satisfied to eleven (11) business days from the date (or such later date as the parties may agree in writing).
