According to the annual report, in 2023, the company vigorously promoted the construction of five large-scale self-built data center projects, including Langfang Gu'an data Center, Guangzhou Nansha data Center, Tianjin Wuqing data Center and Jiangxi Nanchang data Center. At the same time, according to the changes in customer demand for high computing power, improve service and delivery standards. During the reporting period, the first and second phases of Guangzhou Nansha data Center were delivered, and the third phase of the project was carried out steadily. Langfang Gu'an data Center delivered a total of three data centers during the year, and the construction of the new phase of the project was carried out in an orderly manner. Jiangxi Nanchang data Center has also delivered the first phase of the project, while Tianjin Wuqing data Center, Yunnan Kunming data Center and other projects are on schedule. The civil construction, electric power and other infrastructure of the five key projects are designed according to the high standard of smart demand at the beginning of the design, so that the follow-up of the project has a strong delivery capacity and can quickly respond to the sudden needs and high computing needs of customers. By the end of 2023, the number of switchboard cabinets in the company's self-built data center exceeded 35000, and the use area of the computer room exceeded 210000 square meters.

During the reporting period, the company acquired a 100% stake in Chengdu Wanda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. with a consideration of 310 million yuan. the project will become an important strategic layout of the Chengdu-Chongqing national computing hub node of the national "East and West calculation" project. The company takes this as the carrier to build Chengdu Shuangliu big data arithmetic Center, and the first phase of the project has been delivered and used in the reporting period. During the reporting period, the company plans to build a large data center with 15000 cabinets in Huailai County, the core area of the Zhangjiakou cluster of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei national computing hub node, to form an organic regional linkage with other data centers in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. In addition, the company also plans to build a second data center in Shenzhen.

On the same day, Ofei data revealed that the company's operating income during the reporting period was 381 million yuan, an increase of 19.07 percent over the same period last year, while the net profit belonging to shareholders of listed companies was 50.5005 million yuan, an increase of 14.35 percent over the same period last year.
