New New Technology announced that the company intends to place up to approximately 157.3 million placing shares to no less than six placees through a placing agent at a placing price of HK$0.28 per placing share, accounting for approximately 16.67% of the enlarged share capital. The placing price is approximately 17.65% lower than the closing price of HK$0.34 per share on the previous trading day. The net proceeds from the placing were approximately HK$43.6 million and were intended to be used to supplement the Group's general working capital.
